Create Contact Us Or Another Form For Your Blog/site
Hello Friends :)
Many of you having your sites or blogs.And for any reason sometimes you need to make some forms on your site for whatever reason.Lets say Contact Us form.Now its not that easy to make one if your aren't a developer.But there is easy way for the same thing.You can make any kind of form for your site/blog using the google docs.
How to do it ?? ::
- First login into your Google Docs account.
- From it select create new.Now select the from templates from it.You can select the direct create new form too if you want to make it by your own.But with the template you will get direct design of the form and you can easily modify it as per your need.so it will be more easier for you.
- Now You will able to see different templates but as we need form templates, select Forms from Type from the left side of the window.
- Now you will able to see popular form templates from that window.You can use anyone from the list and edit as per you need.

- Now I just have added simple Contact Us form using the same.You can see the image.
- We have all the editing option.From Add item we can add text field, check boxes and other things as per our need.From Theme option you can select the background theme of the forum.From Email This Form we can email the same form to any friend or other contact via email.After all changes you can save your form by Save option.And from More actions you can select Embed to get the code for your website/blog for that form.So its all set now.
- After sharing that form via mail or blog, you can check the records you got from that form directly from you Google Docs account.You can check all the records you get from that form just like below image.

- We also having the all editing options for checking records too.We can mail this record to anyone and make print out of it.
So this is it.You can now easily create the form for your site/blog using this technique.I am sure its not hard at all.Anyone can make form with their own design using following this procedure.
